Browser Settings:

Your browser may be configured in a manner that does not work with the Ebates program. If so, you may have trouble logging in or reaching our merchant sites. Below are some steps that you can take to adjust the settings of supported browsers to avoid these problems.

Supported browsers:

Internet Explorer (IE) 11+

  • Step 1: In Internet Explorer, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, then select "Internet Options."
  • Step 2: Go to the "Privacy" tab, move the slider to "Medium High" and click OK.

Firefox 15+

  • Step 1: PC users, click "Options" from the Firefox dropdown menu. Mac users, click "Preferences."
  • Step 2: Go to the "Privacy" tab and select "Use custom settings for history" under the History section and click "Exceptions."
  • Step 3: Enter, click "Allow" and select "Save Changes."

Chrome 21+

  • Step 1: Go to the Chrome menu by clicking the three little bars icon in the upper right corner and click "Settings."
  • Step 2: Click "Show advanced settings..."
  • Step 3: Under the Privacy header click "Content settings…" and under the Cookies header click "Manage exceptions…"
  • Step 4: Enter in the text box, select "Allow" from the drop down menu, and click the "Done" button.

  • Step 1: In the Safari menu, click "Preferences."
  • Step 2: Go to the "Privacy" tab and under "Cookies and website data," select "Allow from websites I visit."
