Browser Settings:

Your browser may be configured in a manner that does not work with the Ebates program. If so, you may have trouble logging in or reaching our merchant sites. Below are some steps that you can take to adjust the settings of supported browsers to avoid these problems.

 

Internet Explorer 7

On the Tools dropdown menu, select Internet Options.

In the Internet Options dialog box, click the "Security Tab". Move the Security slider to "Medium-high" and click OK.

 

Internet Explorer 6.x

On the Tools dropdown menu, select Internet Options.

In the Internet Options dialog box, click the "Privacy Tab". Move the Security slider to "Medium-level" or lower and click OK.

 

Firefox 2

On the Tools dropdown menu, select Options.

Click the "Privacy" tab on the tool bar, click "Exceptions", and enter www.ebates.com. Close the window and then click OK.

 

Firefox 1.x

On the Tools dropdown menu, select Options.

Click the "Privacy" tab on the left tool bar, collapse the "Cookies" option and select the "Allow sites to set cookies" checkbox. Click OK to save.

 

AOL 9.x

Type in keyword: "browser settings".

Once the Internet Options window appears, click on the "Privacy" tab. Go to Settings and move slider downward to "Accept All Cookies" then click "Apply". Click OK.

 

Safari 2.x

On the Safari menu, click Preferences.

Under "Accept Cookies" select "Always".
