It’s a portal, and the way it works is that if you are purchasing something online you first go to this website (again Ebates.com), and you click to the online retailer through this site. And this will then generate rebates for you that can range generally from, say, three to ten percent depending on what online retailer you are going to, or in some cases what you are buying. But it really is a no-brainer. You can get one percent back on airline tickets that you purchased at Travelocity or three percent back on the books that you purchased at Barnes&Noble.com. So, it’s a great way to save.
